The early days after birth are not meant to be rushed. Nurtured Beginnings is designed to steady you in your fourth trimester, offering structured, in-home postpartum support so you can recover, bond, and grow in confidence without pressure.
My approach
I integrate quietly and respectfully into your home, supporting your family without taking over your space. My focus is on protecting your recovery through rest, warmth, nourishment, and a slower pace. When I step back, you will feel steady, capable, and quietly confident.
What is included
- Dedicated in-home postpartum visits
- Non-urgent, unhurried feeding support
- Newborn care guidance: reading cues, comfortable feeding positions
- Space to reflect on your birth experience
- Gentle support for the shifts of matrescence
- Practical help including appointments and light household tasks
- A quiet, attentive presence, noticing when something might be worth flagging to your midwife (Hebamme)
