With Continuity in Birth I commit fully to your individual needs in the birth space. I stay with your birth from the first sign of labour, continuously, through to the early hours after your baby arrives.

The offering is designed to create steadiness, containment, and safety so that you feel held enough to settle into your body's work.

Prenatal

• Up to six hours of personalised prenatal preparation
• Refining and writing down your birth preferences
• BRAIN framework for informed decision-making
• Honest conversation about intensity and decision pathways
• Help creating a postpartum plan
• Unlimited phone and message support leading up to your due date
• On-call availability from 14 days before your due date

During labour and birth

• Continuous presence throughout labour and birth
• Physical comfort: positioning, massage, counter-pressure, movement
• Breathwork and grounding techniques
• Protection of your birth space and environment
• Partner support and guidance
• Translation and communication with care providers
• Clear information if decisions arise

After birth

• Two hours of immediate postpartum support in the birth space
• Feeding support in the first hours
• Signposting to trusted professionals if needed
• A two-hour follow-up home visit and birth reflection
